Who we are
Dream Realm Games ("we") operates dreamrealmgames.com. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@dreamrealmgames.com.
What we collect — and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you.
- Newsletter: your email address, so we can send studio news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
- Security logs: to stop spam and abuse we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address — never the IP itself — together with the time of the request.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
The public website sets no cookies. A single strictly-necessary session cookie is used only inside our private admin area.
Embedded videos
Game trailers are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; the player then uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
- Rate-limit counters used against spam: cleared automatically within a day.
Your rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Email hello@dreamrealmgames.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Türkiye: KVKK — Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is stored on servers protected by access controls, rate limiting and audit logs.
